    its all about nutrition the leg raises are by far the best thing you can do, its how i got my big abdominals. but remember NUTRITION AND MOTIVATION!!!!!! you have to WANT to get shredded. Dont be lazy and prance around the gym doin whatever. Goal strategy .. what do you have to do to get there and how are you going to do it.

    @MichaelD400 Sugar = simple carbohydrate dumbass. The reason you need to intake sugar(and protein) post workout is for your muscles to quickly regain the energy they lost, since at that point none of the calories will be turned to fat…and exactly how does sugar break down muscle? Might want to go back to basics there matey.

    your ripped guys hanging leg raises are ideal i do them all the time but it seems like you guys are pulling yourselves up? when i just hang i can only get a little over half way with straight legs a little more with bent legs do you get higher when you pull yourself up?

    WARNING.. Dont buy this posers products, he lured me in with a$1 plus postage offer then when the stuff came told me i had joined his $69 a month membership, which i knwe nothing about. I had to cancel my credit card to get rid of him.
    At the end of the day you have conditioned muscles and non conditioned muscles, vince falls into the latter..
