The Best Ab Exercises To Get Six Pack Abs

www.LeeHayward.com In this ab workout video I share some of my favorite abdominal exercises for getting six pack abs. However, the real key to building a shredded 6 pack is simply losing all the excess bodyfat that is covering your abs. Everyone has ab muscles, the only problem is that for 99.9% of the population those abs are covered by a layer of blubber. If you lose the fat, youll see your abs.

After I do some good crunches I dont know what its called but I sit up keeping my legs bent and off the ground and turn from side to side and I really start feeling it quick. I think it works the obliques but im not sure i just started working out recently.

You can check out my recent videos and see that I’ve gotten pretty dam lean lately. I wonder how those that keep criticizing me for being “fat” can say the same for themselves.

re leg raise – your internal stabilisers should be strong enough to stop your hips moving during this exercise… very important for spinal stabilisation in a vertical position. Nice to see full rom on the ball !

i just do i think they call “crunches” 3 sets 2 times a week, n leg raises 5 sets 1 time week, + basketball as cardio workout 2 times every week
n already got 6 pak, it takes about 2 months of “consistent” cardio n no eat junk food but is easy to get the abs once u burn the fat.
    sorry crapy english :p

Hanging leg raises from a doorway pull up bar will work upper and lower abs intensely. Check out my abs, i never do sit ups or crunches.

people… the exercise @ 2:20…. DO NOT DO IT THIS WAY. There is a 3 part exercise Pilates move.. here’s how you do it (and this works better than ANY other one if you do it this way):lay down, put your left foot right behind your right kneecap. then life your leg into the air MAKING SURE that you lift your butt off of the ground also. Do this 15 times, then alternate legs.Keep hands behind your head, after that, like on the video, do that(without legs crossed)BUT,KEEP hands behind head, trust me
